Following the principle of pressure swing adsorption, high-quality carbon molecular sieve is used as the adsorbent. Under certain pressure, oxygen molecules are adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve in large quantities, while nitrogen molecules are enriched in the gas phase to achieve separation. Reducing pressure regenerates the molecular sieve for reuse.
