ISONEM SS is an ecological solution used for stabilizing, solidification, hardening or anti-dusting all kinds of soils and aggregates. Immediately after application, copolymer molecules form long nanoparticles by straight and cross-linking with the soil. As water evaporates, it creates a long-lasting, water-resistant, and flexible solid matrix. After curing, it becomes completely transparent, maintaining the natural appearance of the ground.
Conditions: Surface must be dry. Avoid rain for 72 hours post-application. Min temperature: 4°C.
1. Ripper the soil: Dig to desired depth (150-200 mm) using a digger or grader.
2. Moistening: Mix SS Soil Hardener with water and spray evenly until the ground is sufficiently moist.
3. Mixing: Thoroughly mix the solution into the soil to the target depth.
4. Compaction: Compact the soil via a cylinder. Traffic can resume after 7 days of curing.
