Product Description
The organic fertilizer horizontal fermentation tank controls the temperature between 65-75 ºC through ventilation, oxygenation, and stirring. This achieves high-temperature aerobic fermentation, effectively killing pathogenic bacteria and parasites. Coupled with a biological deodorization system, it ensures a harmless treatment process. The final product is ideal for soil improvement, landscaping, and landfill cover.
Internal Structure & Operation
Materials are fed via belt conveyor while the main shaft triggers stirring. Spiral blades ensure full oxygen contact. An integrated electric heating system with thermal oil regulation keeps the tank at optimal fermentation temperatures, monitored by precision sensors.
