Fermentation Process Controlled fermentation (20-25 days) where materials reach 60°C. Turning ensures oxygen exposure and moisture reduction. Finished when temp stabilizes at 50°C.
Forklift Feeder Equipped with frequency converter and anti-blocking devices to store and deliver fermented materials quantitatively.
Crushing Process Vertical crusher reduces materials to powder (>40 mesh) with moisture controlled below 40%.
Screening Process Rotary screening (3-5mm mesh) to separate finished powder from large lumpy materials. Includes anti-blocking devices.
Packaging Process Quantitative packing (20-50 kg) with options for automatic folding, sewing, and cutting.
