Environmental high quality bio compost organic fertilizer production line is widely applied to produce compound fertilizer with capacity ranges from 5,000-200,000 tons/year. It can process NPK, NP, ANP, DAP, MAP, CAN, SSP and other materials into spherical particles (1mm to 3mm diameter) in one continuous line.

1. Mixing: Integrating NPK, DAP, MAP or Chemical ASO4 MOP SOP CaCo3.
2. Crushing: Utilizing high moisture material crushers for efficient processing.
3. Granulating: The core process using new type organic fertilizer granulators.
4. Drying & Cooling: Reducing moisture to 10%-40% via rotary drum systems.
5. Screening & Packing: Separating unqualified goods and automated bagging.
