The Forced-Feeding Wood Crusher, also known as The Fully Automatic Feeding Wood Crusher, is a dedicated piece of equipment designed specifically for crushing wood and wood-like materials.
Materials are placed onto the conveyor belt either by a grapple machine or manually. The conveyor belt transports the raw materials to the machine inlet, where they are forcibly compressed and fed into the crushing chamber. The materials are then crushed through cutting and friction. After crushing, materials pass through a screen for filtration and are discharged via a fan system.
Commonly used in biomass pellet production, machine-made charcoal manufacturing, landscaping, paper mills, and edible fungus cultivation.
✨ Applicable Materials: Branches, tree trunks, wood scraps (3-20 cm diameter), bamboo, straw, and corn cobs.
